Whether you need a one-off course, regular refresher training, a mandatory training package or support with ongoing compliance, our team can help you choose the most suitable option for your organisation.

What is included?

Our in-person training is designed to be practical, engaging and relevant to your workplace.

Depending on the course selected, training may include:

  • Experienced trainer-led delivery
  • Practical demonstrations and participation
  • Course handouts or learner resources
  • Assessment where required
  • Certification or attendance confirmation
  • Guidance on suitable course options for your setting
  • Flexible delivery at your workplace or agreed venue

Our training is commonly used by care homes, nursing homes, domiciliary care providers, supported living services, early years settings, schools, healthcare teams, community care providers and wider workplace teams.

Regulated and non-regulated training options

We understand that not every organisation needs the same type of training.

Some teams require a regulated qualification, such as a Qualsafe RQF course, where learners complete formal assessment and receive nationally recognised certification.

Other organisations may prefer non-regulated training, where the content is tailored more closely to your workplace, internal procedures, service users or staff development needs.

At TJS Solutions, we can discuss both options with you and help you choose the most appropriate route based on:

  • Your sector
  • Staff roles and responsibilities
  • Compliance requirements
  • Internal policies
  • CQC, Ofsted or workplace expectations
  • Whether formal assessment is required
  • Whether the training needs to be bespoke to your setting

Online and remote learning options

Alongside in-person training, TJS Solutions also offers online and remote learning options for organisations that need a more flexible approach.

Online learning can be a useful option for:

  • Staff inductions
  • Refresher training
  • Remote or multi-site teams
  • Part-time workers
  • Annual updates
  • Theory-based topics
  • Reducing time away from care delivery or work duties

Remote learning allows learners to access training in a way that better fits around rotas, shifts and operational pressures. It can also help managers keep staff development moving when face-to-face training is not practical.

Our online training options cover a range of topics across health and social care, health and safety, business skills and workplace compliance.

If your organisation needs a blended approach, we can help combine online learning with in-person practical training where appropriate.

  • Easier oversight across teams and services

This can be particularly useful for care homes, domiciliary care providers, supported living services and organisations preparing for inspections or internal audits.

Sphere gives managers clearer visibility over who is trained, what is due and where action may be needed.
